Born in Greenwich Village, New York, into a family of painters and musicians. Millie graduated from Syracuse University, with a degree in fine arts. She currently resides in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles with her family.

She has never felt more fulfilled now that she is painting full time, and is constantly inspired by the beautiful cityscape and natural landscape of Los Angeles.
